The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the outdoor area there is a patio with a sitting area and a barbecue. There is also a sun terrace of about 40 sqm with spectacular sea views.
The Villa has a electric heated swimming pool and it's only 150m away from the beach.
Supermarket are within 2-5 minutes, town center and nature protected dunes at 10-20 minutes walk.
The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor space providing everything one needs for an amazing holiday. On the back of the Villa there is a nice private patio to enjoy outside lunches, BBQs and plenty of sun. The Villa has several sun loungers furnished with cushions to just relax and enjoy the sun.
In front of the Villa, there is a heated pool (26 ° - 28 °) just refurbished.
On top of the Villa there is a c. 40 sqm terrace protected by glass to enjoy the sunshine and the sea views. Garden and pool are maintained weekly. The Villa is protected by walls and iron gates. The pool is secured by a small gate so kids can safely play outdoor.

For the entertainment the living room has a smart TVs with access to streaming services (Disneyplus, Prime Video, Apple TV and most UK, German and French channels).
Unlimited fibre optic WiFi (300mb/s) is available in the Villa.
Access is to the entire Villa and guests are welcomed to use everything in the Villa.
Towels, Beach Towels, linen, BBQ, Nespresso Coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, baby cots, baby chairs, beach sun umbrella are all included.
The Villa is perfectly located just a few minutes walk from Tres Vistas Beach but also at 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre promenade. The Corralejo Natural Park is just 5 minutes away by car. Supermarkets are also within 2-5 minutes reach. Surf boards can be rented at Sunset Lounge just across the road.
All amenities are within walking distance. A car is not necessary, but the Villa has plenty of street parking if you hire a car.
